Is my booking confirmed?

Yes, your booking is binding as soon as you receive the travel documents from Involatus. You will receive two emails: a confirmation/invoice and a voucher with a guide to registering with the operating airline.

The airline can’t find my booking

Every booking through Involatus is bindingly confirmed with the airline. Please note that it is up to the airline to decide when passenger names booked through a tour operator allocation are read in. Some airlines read in the names immediately, other airlines take a little more time with this. Involatus has no influence on this process.

I booked through a booking portal and only received one route confirmation from Involatus. What now?

Booking portals offer the cheapest flights, which can result in only one route being confirmed by Involatus. In this case, please contact the booking portal to obtain information about the ticket issuer for the other route.

I haven’t received an email confirmation

Please check your spam folder. If the emails are not there, please send an email to customer.service@involatus.com. Did you enter your email address incorrectly? Then please also send an email to customer.service@involatus.com so that we can make the correction.

I received a schedule change by email. What should I do?

Schedule changes can be made by airlines or flight providers. Involatus informs you of these changes by email. At the same time, you will receive a guide about your options in case of a significant change, if the replacement flight is not suitable for you.

The original flight is still visible on the airline’s website/booking portal

It may take some time for the update to appear on the homepage, so the flight is still visible even though it is no longer for sale.

Why am I given a deadline to respond if I disagree?

Involatus also receives a deadline from the flight provider to request a rebooking or cancellation. If no feedback is received within the specified deadline, the changed flight booking is considered confirmed. Please check your mailbox regularly.

I have been affected by a flight delay or cancellation. What should I do?

In case of flight delays or cancellations on the day of departure, contact the operating airline directly and exclusively.

I want to cancel my flight booking

Cancellation can be made through your login at mytrip.involatus.com. The current cancellation costs are displayed there. Alternatively, you can request the cancellation costs for your booking by email. We will then be happy to inform you of the current costs. If you agree, please confirm the costs as a reply to the email. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation.

I have travel cancellation insurance. How do I get my refund?

Involatus does not handle refunds for cancellations under an externally booked travel cancellation insurance. After cancellation, you will receive a cancellation invoice, which you can forward to your insurance company for review of cost coverage.

How do I receive my (partial) refund in the event of a cancellation?

After receiving the cancellation invoice, the refund is usually processed quickly and directly to the account specified in the booking. If you paid through a booking portal, the refund will be processed through the portal.

Do you have questions about your refund for a canceled booking?

Please send an email to payments@involatus.com

How can I view my booking, make special requests, and check in online?

At Involatus-MyTrip: Log in with the personal registration code found in your travel documents at mytrip.involatus.com. At the airline: In the PDF file ’ICC ONLINE CHECK-IN’ you will find information on logging in to the operating airline. Usually you can reserve seats and make special registrations with the reservation PNR found in your travel documents. Most airlines also offer online check-in. If the airline does not offer online check-in, you can of course check in free of charge at the counter.

The free baggage and hand luggage information for the respective airline can be found on the vouchers you receive with your travel documents.

Our fares do not allow rebookings or name changes. For name corrections (up to 3 letters), changes to title or date of birth, you can submit a written goodwill request. Please always provide the 7-digit Involatus booking number.
